About the role

The role involves leading the boys basketball team, developing players, and coordinating with school administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement coaching strategies for the team
• Attend all games and practices
• Work closely with the athletic director and other coaches
• Maintain player records and communicate with parents

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in physical education or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work with diverse groups

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
