The Role

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required
- Successful applicants must hold and provide evidence of an appropriate Rhode Island teacher certification by their date of hire. Rhode Island offers reciprocity with over 30 states across the country.
- A minimum of two years teaching experience in a diverse public school setting preferred, but not required
- As required for your role, you are required to demonstrate proficiency or awareness in the knowledge and practices of the Science of Reading and Structured Literacy through the completion of a RIDE approved program or Rhode Island educator preparation program.
- Bilingual candidates preferred, but not required
