Program Overview
Catholic Charities of West Tennessee has been providing support since 1970, focusing on helping individuals and families achieve stability through various services including housing, food assistance, and community resources.
Member Duties
- Assess and improve existing outreach practices
- Develop sustainable systems for post-exit follow-up, volunteer engagement, and community partnerships
- Create outreach workflows and tools
- Build partnerships with churches, universities, and community organizations
- Develop volunteer recruitment and training resources
- Implement and evaluate a pilot outreach system
- Analyze program outcomes and develop reporting tools
- Create an operations manual, partnership guides, data tools, and a transition plan
