25462- Associate Director, Digital Partnerships
Responsibilities
Direct communication with clients for all marketplace intelligence, negotiation and partnership needs and share leadership accountability for team’s day-to-day responsibilities.
Manage partnership deliverables and expectations with clients on a daily basis.
Collaborate with Strategy, Analytics and Comms Design teams to ensure alignment with and delivery against client KPI’s.
Provide Partnerships support for various New Business pitches.
Support and collaborate with all MB SBU’s for maximum effectiveness and seamless integration onto client business.
Requirements
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with senior-level clients, colleagues and vendors.
Demonstrated ability to develop digital marketing communication plans specifically encompassing digital media strategies.
Proven knowledge of online planning and research tools and resources.
Experience with campaign management/ad serving technology: Double Click DART, and/or Atlas DMT.
Superior Analytical Abilities And Quantitative Skills, Including Math Proficiency.
Technical proficiency, particularly with media systems and MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
6+ years relevant experience including 3+ years supervisory experience ideal.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
Skills
Desired skills and experience include:
- Programmatic Experience.
- Experience Working With a DMP.
- Detail awareness of client business issues, industry trends, consumer trends, promotional resources, market status, and competition.
Pay
$115,000.00 - $125,000.00
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
