About the Role

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Bank Teller to join a growing and dynamic team at one of Hawaii's most established and respected financial institutions, recognized as a Best Place to Work in Hawaii for 13 consecutive years.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately, including cash handling
• Educate customers on banking products and services
• Maintain accurate records and transaction documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service and engagement
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

• 1 year or more of customer service experience and cash handling
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Attention to detail with ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information
• Sales advisory skills to educate customers on products and services
• Personal alignment with core values: Caring, Character, and Collaboration

Qualifications

• Cash handling and financial transaction processing experience
• Banking product and service knowledge
• Point of sale and banking system proficiency

Pay

This position has a fixed rate of $25/hour.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Rotational Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:30pm
