About the role

The Middle School Assistant Football Coach will support the head coach in all aspects of the football program, including game preparation, player development, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in game planning and strategy discussions
• Work with players to improve skills and techniques
• Manage team logistics and travel arrangements
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• Experience coaching youth or middle school sports
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NFHS rules and regulations
• Previous experience working with middle school students
• Pass a background check
