Security Deposit Options
We offer the Security Deposit Waiver alternative to all residents. If you don’t want to pay a traditional security deposit, you can opt to pay a monthly non-refundable fee instead. Once your application is approved, we will let you know the fee amount, and you can choose between that or a traditional deposit.

- Two years of good rental history
- No evictions in the last five years
- Credit and background check required
Resident Benefits Package (RBP)
All residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package for $40/month, which includes:
