242WHA - Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and store materials using proper handling procedures.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Auxiliary in cycle counts, audits, and inventory control processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support warehouse operations and collaborate with team members.
• Assist with customer inquiries, returns, and basic service needs as needed.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• One to two years of warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• A basic understanding of warehouse safety and quality standards.
