**$20K Sign On Bonus** Registered Nurse (RN) - Main OR Charge Nurse - Full Time, Nights (12hrs)

Job Summary

We are excited to offer a $20K sign on bonus for this position. Candidates must have 3 years or more of experience in a leadership role within the OR. The bonus is paid out over a 2 year period. We are currently hiring a full-time night clinical shift lead (charge nurse) in our Main Operating Room.

About the Role

The Circulating Nurse is responsible for the planning and delivery of family-centered patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsible for directing and coordinating nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. Collaborates with patient/family and other professional disciplines to create a partnership to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery for the achievement of mutually desired patient outcomes. Supports the organization’s vision and mission while promoting and providing excellence in nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver family-centered patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of OR nursing experience.
• Preferred: Six (6) months in a pediatric setting.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing; Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Licensure Required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Registered Nurse – CA (RN).
• PREFERRED: Certified Nurse (CNOR or CCRN).

Pay

Pay Range: Minimum $56.96 Midpoint $74.05 Maximum $91.14
