2034 Rotary Press Operator - D Shift (Overnight Shift)

About the role

Menasha Corporation is seeking a United 65” 4C D/C Operator to set up, run, inspect, and maintain a rotary press machine.

Pay

Training rate: $31.54 per hour. Qualified rate: $33.91 per hour.

Schedule

D Shift 3-2-2-3 schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, repeat). Hours: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Essential Functions

• Maintain high efficiency according to established rates during operation of the assigned equipment.
• Work with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance.
• Provide an active role in the housekeeping of the assigned area.
• Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements.
• Feed printed, labeled or plain corrugated sheets into the machine.
• Set up machine center for production runs.
• Monitor incoming stock and product after being die cut to meet and maintain Menasha’s and our customer’s quality standards (ensure color variations meet customer’s standards).
• Perform minor repairs to cutting boards.
• Scan WIP units.
• Enter production data into system.
• Perform die board change-ups.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors.
