Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues
  • Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools
  • Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives
  • Collaboration with peers, participation in code reviews, and promotion of a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing
  • Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions
  • Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability

Requirements

  • Motivated with a strong degree or expected degree achieved before June 2027, and a GPA of 3.2 or above
  • Ability to code in at least one language
  • Genuine interest in technology and a talent for connecting the dots between business needs and tech solutions
  • Thrive at the intersection of strategy and innovation — able to speak both languages and help teams translate ideas into impact
  • Passion for driving the next big breakthrough, excited by the chance to shape how technology transforms the way we work

Pay

Minimum: $105,000 / Maximum: $110,000 (base salary or base hourly rate only; does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available).
