2027 Summer Real Estate Capital Internship - New York City IPG

About the role

Key’s Enterprise Internship is a 10.5-week program (May 26, 2027 – August 6, 2027) that provides meaningful work, feedback and coaching, and engaging events. Interns complete line-of-business projects that directly impact Key’s business and strategic pillars, network with teammates across the organization, attend Learning Labs on Key’s competitive landscape, financial wellness, and professional development, and are paired with a mentor.

Responsibilities

• Research economic conditions and market trends
• Develop strategic contact databases
• Conduct neighborhood, industry, and prospective tenant research
• Perform field research and prepare marketing materials
• Complete a Capstone Project leveraging internship learnings
• Support the goals and objectives of the Real Estate Capital team as needed

Requirements

• Completed at least two years toward a four-year undergraduate degree in finance, real estate, or a related field with anticipated graduation by May 2028
• Minimum undergraduate 3.3 GPA
• Relevant experience preferred
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities

Pay

Hourly rate of $27 per hour plus a $2,000 Summer Internship Sign-on Bonus.
