2027 Summer Management Internship - Distribution Center

Schedule

1st shift: approximately 6‑7 am until 3‑4 pm.
2nd shift: approximately 3‑4 pm until 12‑1 am.

Training

This is a 12‑week paid, hands‑on internship at the Eau Claire Menards Distribution Center, running roughly from May 2027 through August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to conduct team meetings.
• Research new products.
• Analyze goals, needs, and opportunities.
• Develop management skills.

Qualifications

• Within three semesters of graduation.
• Available to work 32 hours per week during the summer.
• Desire to pursue a management career.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas of interest:
