Customer Platforms
The Customer Platform provides customer-facing solutions to our businesses and customers, building and running first class enabling capabilities that help service, engage, and enrich the lives of our customers through online and mobile banking products.
The internship will focus on supporting TD Bank’s online and mobile platforms:
- Deliver a legendary TD Customer experience for adoption and engagement capabilities through our online browser, and mobile apps for iOS and Android.
- Evaluate servicing capabilities to understand current performance and provide insights on optimizing the customers end-to-end user experience.
- Support strategy efforts to meet enterprise business needs through competitive intelligence.
Customer Platforms is offering in-person internship opportunities in Mount Laurel, NJ. Interns will be required to be in-office 4 days a week.

Requirements
- Pursuing post secondary degree in business-related disciplines.
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to take initiative and accountability of your actions.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Detail oriented with an ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- You must be work authorized in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship.
- IT-related disciplines preferred.
- Anticipated graduation between December 2027 - June 2028.
