What you'll do

• Work as part of a GIC engagement team, supporting the delivery of critical change at scale
• Gain exposure to multiple clients and problem statements, rather than focusing on one narrow area
• Help structure complex challenges, develop actionable solutions, and support execution across transformation and change initiatives
• Build consulting, stakeholder management, and change delivery skills through hands-on project work and targeted training
• Develop confidence working in ambiguous, high-impact environments
