2027 Summer Internship - Construction Management (Northern California)

About the role

Rosendin’s Summer Internship Program is a paid 12‑week hands‑on experience designed for students ready to take the next step in their professional journey. Interns work on real projects alongside experienced professionals in areas such as Project Management, Engineering, BIM (Building Information Modeling), Estimating & Preconstruction, and Procurement & Supply Chain, applying classroom learning while exploring career paths and taking on meaningful responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to active projects and take ownership of meaningful work.
• Gain exposure to electrical construction systems, processes, and technologies.
• Develop technical, professional, and leadership skills.
• Participate in mentorship and guidance from industry experts.
• Network across teams and business functions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date of December 2027 or later in a field aligned with Rosendin's work (Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Engineering disciplines, BIM, Estimating & Preconstruction, Procurement & Supply Chain).
• Rising junior or rising senior status preferred.
• Previous construction internship experience is a plus.
