Hubbell’s 12-week Internship Program offers students corporate experience, exposure to all aspects of our business, and the skills needed for a rewarding career at Hubbell. Interns may be based in either our Manchester, NH or Portsmouth, NH offices.

About the role

  • Delivering a presentation to the local management team at the end of the program.

  • Enhancing planning and organizational skills.
  • Tackling challenging projects for practical experience.
  • Assisting with process improvement initiatives.
  • Managing multiple projects with overlapping tasks and working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Providing support and assistance to co-workers as needed.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in an accredited university working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree related to the internship (Materials/Operations/Supply Chain/Business Analytics preferred).
  • Coursework or demonstrated interest in AI applications.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar technologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and supply chain optimization.
