We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Overview? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. Job Locations US-TN-Dyersburg US-AZ-Waddell US-NC-Raleigh US-TN-Celina US-TN-Greeneville US-WI-Bristol US-GA-Athens We need to decide sections: Overview (maybe "About the role" or "Overview"? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use headings like "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Why Join ERMCO?" maybe as "Benefits"? But "Why Join ERMCO?" is more like benefits/value proposition. Could map to "Benefits". However we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. The posting includes "Why Join ERMCO?" which is a list of benefits. So we can create a Benefits section with that content. We also have "Job Locations" which is location info. Could be part of Overview or a separate "Location" but not in allowed headings. The allowed headings list does not include Location. We could fold location into Overview paragraph. Or we could create a short

for location. The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So location can be a short

maybe after overview. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not needed. We must not include Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. Benefits we have content from "Why Join ERMCO?" So we can include Benefits. We must not include Requirements if not distinct from Qualifications? The posting has Qualifications (minimum and preferred). We can use "Qualifications" heading. We have Overview (Job Summary). Could use "About the role" heading. We have Responsibilities. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. We need to use

for each heading. Inside each section, we need to use

    for prose, and

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Let's extract content. About the role: The overview paragraph(s). The text: "At ERMCO, we energize the world by empowering people. Our team keeps the lights on and helps build the infrastructure that powers communities across North America. We welcome innovation, value collaboration, and invest in the development of future talent. The Summer Intern program provides students with a meaningful, hands-on learning experience in a dynamic manufacturing and corporate environment. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real business initiatives, and gain exposure to the electrical utility industry. Internship opportunities may be available in a variety of functions, including: Engineering Finance and Accounting Sales and Marketing Human Resources Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Information Technology Operations Quality Other Corporate Functions Assignments will vary based on business needs and intern qualifications." We need to preserve all substantive info. The list of functions is a list; we should format as
      • . The phrase "Internship opportunities may be available in a variety of functions, including:" then list. So we can have a

        before the list, then

. Also "Assignments will vary based on business needs and intern qualifications." can be a separate

. Thus About the role section:

          About the role

At ERMCO, we energize the world by empowering people.

Internship opportunities may be available in a variety of functions, including:

          • Engineering
          • Finance and Accounting
          • Sales and Marketing
          • Human Resources
          • Supply Chain
          • Continuous Improvement
          • Information Technology
          • Operations
          • Quality
          • Other Corporate Functions

Assignments will vary based on business needs and intern qualifications.

Now Responsibilities section: The list of responsibilities. We have "Key Responsibilities" then a series of sentences. Could format as
          • each responsibility. List: - Support day-to-day activities and strategic projects within the assigned department. - Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation development. - Participate in cross-functional meetings and team initiatives. - Conduct research and provide recommendations to improve processes, efficiency, or business outcomes. - Collaborate with team members to complete assigned projects and deliverables. - Present project updates and final recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. - Follow company safety, quality, and compliance requirements. - Demonstrate ERMCO's POWER Values in daily interactions and work activities. - Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned. Thus:

            Responsibilities

            • Support day-to-day activities and strategic projects within the assigned department.
            • Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
            • Participate in cross-functional meetings and team initiatives.
            • Conduct research and provide recommendations to improve processes, efficiency, or business outcomes.
            • Collaborate with team members to complete assigned projects and deliverables.
            • Present project updates and final recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
            • Follow company safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
            • Demonstrate ERMCO's POWER Values in daily interactions and work activities.
            • Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Now Qualifications section: Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. We could have a

for minimum qualifications prose, then maybe a

for list? But the content is already prose sentences. Could break into bullet list for clarity but must preserve all info. The instruction: Use
              • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Qualifications is a list of requirements, so we should use
                • . However the posting includes both minimum and preferred qualifications. We could separate into two subheadings? Not allowed headings beyond those given. Could just make one list with all qualifications, but we need to differentiate minimum vs preferred? Could keep as prose paragraphs. The instruction says use
                  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Qualifications is a list of requirements, so better to use list. We can split into two lists: Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications, each as
                    • . Or we could have a

heading "Minimum Qualifications:" then list, then another

"Preferred Qualifications:" then list. That seems okay. Thus:

                      Qualifications

                      Minimum Qualifications

                      • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program.
                      • Pursuing a degree related to the area of assignment, such as Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
                      • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 preferred.
                      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
                      • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
                      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
                      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
                      • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism in a business setting.

                      Preferred Qualifications

                      • Previous internship, co-op, leadership, campus organization, or project experience.
                      • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
                      • Interest in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or corporate business functions.
                      • Experience with data analysis, project management, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
But we used which is not prohibited. The instruction
