2027 Summer Intern: Finance - Analytics & Reporting
About the role
The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12‑week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of the business, and prepare for a rewarding career at Hubbell. This intern will focus on developing operational finance metrics and dashboards that give business leaders actionable insights to improve operational performance across the T&D Infrastructure organization. The role will analyze financial and operational data from systems such as SAP, Power BI, and OneStream, identify key performance metrics, design and build an Operations Finance Dashboard, and collaborate with leadership to refine, finalize, and transition the reporting solution for ongoing use.

Responsibilities

- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks, working independently with minimal supervision
- Provide support and assistance to co‑workers as appropriate
Requirements
- Full‑time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship period (May‑August 2027)
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (preferred)
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI, OneStream)
