About the role

The Finance Associates Program (FAP) Internship is a 10‑week, paid opportunity based in central New Jersey. It provides representative experience of the full‑time MBA Finance Associates Program, including guidance from finance leaders, professional development workshops, and a strong professional network. High performers may be considered for a full‑time position after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Develop operating budgets.
• Allocate R&D portfolio resources.
• Perform financial forecasting for developmental compounds.
• Analyze operating performance.
• Execute internal audit projects focused on risk assessment, controls, and operational effectiveness.
• Evaluate returns on capital expenditures.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a first‑year (1Y) MBA student at an accredited institution, graduating Spring/Summer 2028.
• Authorized to work in the United States for the duration of employment (no immigration or visa sponsorship available).
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong intellectual, financial, and analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp new and complex concepts.
• Proven effective communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
• Ability to influence others and work effectively in a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Superior financial modeling skills in Excel and ability to learn financial/accounting software quickly.
• Strong time‑management skills, capable of working autonomously and within a team.

Compensation

$55.00 per hour. Pay is provided in accordance with local market practices and applicable laws and may include additional limited benefits depending on program structure, work location, and local requirements.

Schedule

Program Dates: Monday June 7, 2027 – Friday August 13, 2027.
Location: Princeton/Lawrenceville, NJ area.
