About the role
The 2027 Summer Associate Program in the Corporate Business Unit at Clark Hill PLC in San Antonio Office is designed for second year law students. This program starts at the end of May and lasts approximately 10 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting legal research and drafting documents
- Participate in client meetings and discussions
- Work closely with senior attorneys to gain practical legal experience
- Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives within the Corporate Business Unit
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a second year law student
- Strong academic performance, including Spring 2026 term grades included in the Law School Transcript
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for corporate business law
