2027 Summer Associate
Responsibilities
- Become familiar with the laws related to employment law
- Assist with research, case analysis and all phases of litigation including drafting memoranda and court filings
- Review status of employment law developments and prepare summaries and articles related to new legislation
Requirements
- Strong academic performance
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in Employment Law
- Must be enrolled in law school (ABA accredited) as a 2L for the 2026-2027 academic year
Pay
The expected salary for this position in Silicon Valley, California is $92 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
