2027 Summer Associate
Temp, onsite summer-associate program for law students (rising 1L or 2L).
About the role
As a Summer Associate with The Legacy Lawyers, P.C., you will deliver legal services—just like an attorney—to paying clients under close training, mentoring, and supervision. The firm specializes in intergenerational wealth-transfer planning, an area experiencing unprecedented growth.
Successful rising 2L Summer Associates will receive job offers to join the firm upon passing the bar exam. Successful rising 1L Summer Associates will receive offers to return as rising 2L Summer Associates the following year.

Qualifications
- Must have completed one year of law school by the summer of 2027
- Alignment with the firm’s values: freedom-loving patriots who prioritize God, family, and country
- Demonstrated work ethic: candidates who worked their way through school, worked in family-run businesses, or have law-clerk experience are especially valued
- High level of maturity, good judgment, intellectual curiosity, and eagerness to assume responsibility
- Team player: humble, hungry, and people-smart
- Self-motivated and highly organized with acute attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Suite and a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
Pay
$2,900 per week.
Schedule
May 25, 2027 – July 16, 2027, full-time onsite in either the Irvine or Torrance, CA office (no remote work).
