Summary Responsibilities/Duties Grunley Intern Co-Ops will support project management and superintendent teams. Attend project meetings and record minutesSurvey and layout job siteVerify field dimensionsWalk the job site and monitor progressMonitor project for unsafe conditionsPrepare, review and mark-up submittals and shop drawingsTake site-work progress photosPrepare daily reports and document manpower countsUpdate record drawingsPrepare work plans & outage requestsAssist with sub coordination and CPM schedule updateAssist with LEED submittals & trackingProcess RFIsProcure and track materialsAssist with subcontractor buy-outAssist with estimating take-offsAssist with cost proposal preparationAttend company training seminars Housing and auto allowance will be considered. The hourly rate range for this role will be $21.00-$25.00.
