About the role

At MKS, the Internal Communications team shapes how employees connect with the mission, values, and each other. As the Internal Communications Intern, you will gain exposure to a full range of communications activities—from strategy to implementation—and learn to craft messages that resonate across the organization. You will report to the Associate Manager of Communications and have the opportunity to influence MKS culture and enhance the employee experience.

The Undergraduate Intern/Co‑op Program provides a comprehensive and engaging experience that includes meaningful work and project assignments, networking opportunities with peers and executives, exposure to different divisions of the business, and an understanding of MKS Instruments’ commitment to inclusion and belonging.
