About the role

Coons Franklin Lodge welcomes individuals interested in joining our team for the 2027 season to express their interest. Known for our rich history since 1892 and picturesque location on the shores of Trout Lake, we provide a unique and rewarding work environment where team members contribute to memorable vacation experiences for our guests.

Requirements

• Possess passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest experiences.
• Show flexibility to work in different roles and schedules during the seasonal period.
• Display strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Show a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Have previous experience in hospitality, food service, or recreational activities (not required).
• Be willing to commit to the full duration of the 2027 season depending on role.

Getting Here and Getting Around

• We are located about 10 miles from the towns of Woodruff and Minocqua.
• Approximately 50% of our staff bring an automobile.
• Minimal public transportation and biking on the highway is discouraged.
• For fun activities, visit Music in The Park on Sundays in Manitowish, Big Top Chautauqua, and explore hiking and biking trails in Vilas County.
