About the role
West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our Platforms and Customer Strategy team within our Technology and Experience (TechEx) Practice. As an intern, you will collaborate with clients across industries, focusing on strategy, digital transformation, technology platforms like Salesforce, and technology architecture and integration. You’ll gain hands-on experience in technology strategy, technology architecture, and systems integration, equipping you to drive impactful solutions for clients’ marketing, sales, service, and eCommerce operations. You’ll work with diverse teams to design and implement innovative, results-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews, gather insights and document business needs
- Design scalable solutions on Salesforce or ServiceNow and assist with technical designs
- Map workflows, redesign processes and create technical documentation
- Configure/program on Salesforce or ServiceNow, develop integrations and migrate data
- Write and execute test scripts, manage deployments and support DevOps
- Create and deliver end-user training materials
- Support strategy workshops, process improvements, KPIs and financial modeling
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven recommendations for clients, exercising sound judgment in evaluating outputs
- Apply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in progress, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028 (you will be asked to confirm your expected graduation month and year at the offer stage and prior to beginning your internship; we request and review official transcripts from your school prior to the start of our internship program)
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H-1B visa, TN, etc.)
- Reside within 50 miles of your assigned office prior to your start date; our culture emphasizes team collaboration within a hybrid work model
- Ability and willingness to travel (up to 50%); travel expenses covered by West Monroe
- Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation, coupled with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure high-quality outputs

The pay rate for this role is $40.00.
