Our North American headquarters in San Diego, California, and our innovation center in Suwanee, Georgia, drive our continued growth in the United States, Canada, and LatAm.We're now building our first North American manufacturing facility in Atlanta, and we're looking for an Associate Manufacturing Engineer to help bring robot production online. Life at Geek+Plain and simple: we're a team of geeks who love technology and teamwork. We work together to meet any customer need, we celebrate our wins, and we learn from our misses. The only thing better than seeing a customer's operations improved by our technology is seeing it happen at scale. We're biased toward action, we get things done, and we think differently about how technology gets applied. We support each other and we're empowered to win. Our strength comes from our different backgrounds and perspectives. The RoleMost engineers spend years waiting for a chance to start up a factory. You'll spend your days on the floor: building work instructions, running time studies, supporting first-article builds, chasing down why a station is running slow, and collecting the data that tells us what to fix next. You'll learn from engineers who have done this before, including our manufacturing teams in China who have been building these robots at scale for years. As you build judgment, you'll take ownership of your own processes and stations. If you're excited about robots and want to learn how things actually get built, we'd like to hear from you.
