AgWest is hiring multiple Lending and Insurance Trainees for full‑time positions reporting to a Trainee Supervisor during training. Trainees will enter a structured six‑month training program that combines designated coaches, interaction with experienced professionals, customer visits, classroom and virtual learning, networking opportunities, and hands‑on experience to prepare them for a career at AgWest. The program begins in one of two cohorts starting in either January or June 2027, with final interviews taking place October through November
