2027 Land Resource Technician Intern

About the role

Seasonal, non-recurring, limited-term position requiring up to 40 hours per week during May–November 2027 for a commitment of 975 hours. Open to students or recent graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for nonmetallic mine site reclamation
• Provide technical support for the stormwater management program

Requirements

• Knowledge of mapping software (ArcGIS or similar)
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Knowledge of soil science, geology, and plant science
• Knowledge of construction excavation techniques and materials
• Knowledge of stormwater management
• GPS survey experience (preferred)
