2027 HR Accelerated Development Program - Arlington, TX
The HR Generalist ADP is hosted by the Global Supply Chain Organizational Development Department. Participants are matched with one of our manufacturing or distribution facilities and will work out of our Arlington, Texas location, beginning the program in either January or July 2027.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of personnel and/or training records
- Assistance with job postings and maintaining applicant tracking records
- Assisting with employee recruiting and hiring activities
- Administration and coordination of new employee orientation programs
- Responses to employee inquiries and questions
- Maintain knowledge of general state and federal employment compliance requirements
- Manage employee data and training records with HRIS
- Special projects as identified by the HR Manager
- Assistance with Employee Engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program
- Be willing to relocate, as required, upon completion of the Accelerated Development Program
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
- Must have 1 year experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational/Industrial Psychology, or Business Management
- Previous Internship/Co-op experience within Sherwin-Williams
- Previous Internship, Co-op, or work experience in a related field
- Previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.
