We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Human Resources Graduate Talent Program. You’ll get to:

• Rotate through different areas such as generalist and specialist roles in recruitment and talent attraction, reward, talent development and training design, employee relations, employee advisory and management support
• Contribute to projects where your work will have a true impact, collaborating with colleagues across the globe and participating in development activities with fellow program participants
• Develop an understanding of how a global financial institution operates and the various business divisions, functions, and teams that contribute to it
