2027 Future Talent Program - Vaccines Process R&D Upstream - Intern
or drop it. So we could include a short paragraph at top with metadata like Employee Status, Relocation, Visa, Travel, etc. But we should avoid boilerplate. However these are substantive? They are details about the role. Could include a short
summarizing: Employee Status: Intern/Co-op (Fixed Term); Relocation: No relocation; VISA Sponsorship: No; Travel Requirements: No Travel Required; Flexible Work Arrangements: Hybrid; Shift: 1st - Day; Valid Driving License: No; Hazardous Material(s): n/a. But many are "No" or "n/a". Might be considered filler. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we just omit those metadata. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep the details about salary, education, responsibilities, etc. The metadata like "Relocation: No relocation" is substantive? It says no relocation. Could be considered relevant. But we can include in a short paragraph under a generic "Details" maybe not a heading. However the instruction says we can fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we could include a short
at start: "Employee Status: Intern/Co-op (Fixed Term). Relocation: No relocation. Visa Sponsorship: No. Travel: None required. Work arrangement: Hybrid (1st shift)." That preserves info. But we must not repeat job title. The page already shows it, so we don't add heading for title. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus final HTML:
Employee Status: Intern/Co-op (Fixed Term). Relocation: No relocation. Visa Sponsorship: No. Travel: None required. Work arrangement: Hybrid (1st shift).
About the role

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. We removed those. Check for any repeated content: We included "Applications are sought for a scientific intern opportunity..." in About the role. Good. We didn't include "Job ID / requisition numbers". We omitted. We didn't include "Benefits" section because none. We didn't include "Qualifications" separate; we combined education under Requirements and skills under Skills. The instruction says use headings for sections like Qualifications, Skills, etc. We have Skills and Preferred Skills separate; maybe we could combine but it's okay. We have "Requirements" heading for education; we could also rename to "Education" but they said use Requirements for list of duties/requirements/benefits. Actually they said: Use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should have Requirements heading for list of requirements (education, experience). We have education as prose under Requirements; we could also list required experience and skills under Requirements as list. But we already have Skills section for skills. Might be okay. But we have both Requirements (education) and Skills (skills). Could also combine required experience and skills under Requirements as list, and then have Preferred Skills separate. However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having many sections may be thin. We have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Preferred Skills, Pay, Schedule. That's 7 sections. Could we merge Skills and Preferred Skills into one Skills section with subheadings? But we cannot add extra headings besides the allowed ones; we could use
for Skills and then inside have two
- lists with headings in prose? Not ideal.
Maybe better: Have Requirements (includes education and required experience/skills) as a list; have Preferred Skills as a separate section; keep Skills maybe not needed. But we need to include the required experience and skills somewhere. Could put them under Requirements as list.
Let's restructure:
- About the role (prose)
- Responsibilities (list)
- Requirements (list): includes education minimum requirement, required experience and skills (the bullet points). Could also include availability full-time.
- Preferred Skills (list)
- Pay (prose)
- Schedule (prose)
We'll drop separate Skills section.
Thus:
