2027 Future Talent Program – Global Watch Desk - Intern
About the Role
The intern will work with the Global Watch Desk team of the Global Security component. Responsibilities will include assisting with a variety of tasks and projects, which could include using technical monitoring systems, assisting with geopolitical risk and travel security related initiatives. The intern may be trained for two weeks to function as a watch officer and be expected to provide back-up shift coverage if necessary. The incumbent is expected to collect information and develop solutions to specific projects of a limited scope. Assignments may be designed to develop professional knowledge and provide broad experience and familiarization with our company's methods, standards, procedures, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist with a variety of tasks and projects, including using technical monitoring systems
- Assist with geopolitical risk and travel security related initiatives
- Participate in two weeks of training to function as a watch officer
- Provide back-up shift coverage if necessary
- Collect information and develop solutions to specific projects of a limited scope
Education Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recent graduate from an accredited College or University in: International Relations or Law, Criminology, Political Science, Public Policy, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or other relevant coursework
- Candidates must be able to commit to full-time employment for 10–12 weeks beginning summer 2027
Required Experience and Skills
- Students who have completed at least two years of university studies toward their degree
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Interpersonal skills that include flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Experience and Skills

Pay
The salary range for this role is $39,908–$111,111.
