About the role

The Standards & Training Intern provides support to Global Clinical Trials Operations (GCTO) Functions, and where appropriate, other areas of Global Clinical Development (GCD).

Responsibilities

• Supports the development and routine updates of process documentation.
• Supports the development of training materials, aligned with our Research and Development Division L&D activities.
• Supports the delivery of live, virtual, or recorded training sessions.
• Supports the development and calculation of process metrics.
• Provides support to cross-functional teams established to improve business process.
• Supports functional or cross-functional networks of process owners/subject matter experts.
• Supports development of communications content (email, web, live presentation) to support business process and training activities.
• Supports development of mailboxes, surveys or other means of collecting feedback and identifying process and training needs.

Qualifications

• Completion of at least 1 year of study toward a BS/BA in health-related, life science or analytical related field.
