2027 Funeral Director Intern
About the role
Ready to start your funeral service internship? Wherever you are in your mortuary education, let's connect. Where you complete your internship is one of the biggest decisions of your early career. You've been called to serve others. So have we. Vertin's paid 2027 Funeral Director Internship Program is built for new graduates who want more than a place to log hours: real training, real support, and a setting that fits the career you're picturing. Since 1904, Vertin has helped families honor the lives of the people they love. Today we are a family-owned company with 90+ funeral homes across 8 states, guided by one mission: Honoring Lives and Enriching Caregivers.
Location: 90+ funeral homes across 8 states, from rural communities to busy metro areas. Still exploring your options? Good. You don't need to have it all figured out. Maybe you're weighing a busy urban firm against a close-knit rural community, or you're not sure yet what kind of funeral director you want to become. Our first conversation is a chance to talk it through, ask questions, and see whether Vertin is the right place for you.
