2027 Finance & Accounting Internship

About the role

Join us in the 2027 Finance & Accounting Internship program at Nestlé USA, the world's largest food and beverage company. This 10-12 week paid internship offers the opportunity to lead a significant business project from start to finish, applying classroom knowledge to real-world challenges. You will collaborate with teams across business divisions, network with senior management, and participate in social engagements with other interns. The program includes mentorship, a final presentation to senior leaders, and insights into day-to-day operations at Nestlé.

Intern projects are sourced from across the organization, so candidates must be geographically flexible and willing to relocate within the USA. Locations are determined by project availability and may include corporate offices and factory locations.

This internship is a direct feeder into our full-time, 3 ½ year Finance Management Trainee Program. High-performing interns may receive an offer to join this program after graduation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field to be completed between December 2027 and June 2028, or 5th year Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting, to be completed in the same timeframe. Related majors may include Economics, Business, Math, Supply Chain, Operations, and Industrial Engineering.
• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above.
• Available for a 10-12 week internship in Summer 2027.
• Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
• Sponsorship for work visas is not available for this program.
