About the role

Cooley LLP’s Fund Formation practice group is recruiting 3L law students (JD 2027) to join the entry‑level class in the San Francisco office. The firm offers an opportunity to join an internationally recognized Fund Formation practice with a deep bench of 60+ lawyers focused full‑time on fund formation and counseling. Recruiter submissions will not be accepted.

Requirements

• Prior corporate or transactional experience (helpful but not required)

Pay

The annual pay for this position is $225,000.
