2027 Engineer Intern/Co-Op - LCFM

About the role

Seasonal, non-recurring, limited term position requiring up to 40 hours per week during May–November 2027 for a commitment of 975 hours.

Responsibilities

• Conservation practice design and implementation
• Hydrology support
• Urban storm water management
• Design and CAD tasks
• Surveying
• Construction inspection
• Engineering review

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree program in Civil Engineering, Biosystems/Biological Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and/or experience in surveying (GPS)
• Knowledge and/or experience in construction techniques and materials
• Proficiency with Civil 3D
• Proficiency with ArcGIS software
