2027 Corporate Summer Internship - Marketing

About the Role

Join the Hilton corporate summer internship program to gain real-world professional experience in a global company. This 10-week, in-person internship begins on June 1, 2027, and ends on August 6, 2027, at our McLean, VA or Dallas, TX office. Interns will work full-time (40 hours per week) and support the Marketing team in attracting customers through storytelling, rewards, and unique experiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage in impactful projects, participate in learning and development workshops, and build connections through networking and social events.
• Support your assigned team by preparing reports, presentations, conducting research, and analyzing data.
• Encourage a culture of innovation and help develop new ideas and solutions.
• Utilize organizational, time management, and communication skills to manage tasks and collaborate with your team.
• Collaborate with your manager and team to deliver a final presentation showcasing your internship experience and learnings.

Requirements

• Commit to a full 10-week program (40 hours per week) onsite in our McLean, VA or Dallas, TX office.
• Be a sophomore or junior in a post-secondary education program, or have less than one (1) year of professional experience.

Qualifications

• Held a leadership role in your community or engaged with a student-run organization.
• Internship or work experience in hospitality or customer service (e.g., server, front desk, volunteer, coach).
• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
• Interest in marketing strategy, media, loyalty, customer experience, partnerships, or AI.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay

• McLean, VA: $25.00 per hour with a one-time stipend of $2,500.00.
• Dallas, TX: $24.00 per hour with a one-time stipend of $2,500.00.
