As a Summer Analyst in the Corporate Analyst Development Program at JPMorganChase, you will spend nine weeks working on meaningful projects that influence real business outcomes. From improving processes to supporting strategic decisions, you'll contribute to initiatives that shape how our global businesses operate. This 9-week internship is designed to give you hands-on experience, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to build skills that are valuable across any career path. You'll collaborate across teams, tackle complex challenges, and see how data, analytics, and emerging tools—including AI—are used responsibly to drive decisions.
Job Responsibilities
- Turn data into insight: Explore data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities; translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
- Support decision-making through structured problem solving
- Use modern tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to accelerate insight generation
- Turn ideas into execution: Support the delivery of projects that drive business priorities

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. with expected graduation of December 2027 or June 2028
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies, with a digital-first mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to take initiative and demonstrate ownership
- Curious with a growth mindset, strong learning agility and the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business tools
