Responsibilities

• Assist with research, analysis, and projects to help teams better understand client needs, market trends, and investment opportunities.

Summer Internship Program

The BNY Summer Internship Program offers high-potential students a dynamic 10-week experience designed to accelerate development, build professional networks, and provide meaningful exposure to one of the world's leading financial services institutions.

• Enterprise-wide onboarding and development: In-person immersive induction, executive speaker series, skill development, and networking opportunities.
• Meaningful project work: Hands-on experience aligned to key business practices, providing real-world impact and skill development.
• Structured mentorship: Support from managers, senior leaders, peer mentors, business stakeholders, and dedicated program managers.

Program eligibility:

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.
• Graduating in December 2027 or May 2028 (U.S.).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Base salary may vary depending on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is part of a total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
