About the role
The selected candidate will perform the following, including, but not limited to:
- Design and develop electrical solutions and supporting hardware for laboratory and aircraft test environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to define requirements, support build and integration activities, and ensure quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met.
- Plan, execute, and support system-level testing and evaluation, including test preparation, data analysis, troubleshooting, and verification of requirements.

Requirements
For an Associate Engineer Electrical (T01):
- Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2027.
- Be majoring in or having majored in Electrical Engineering or similar STEM degree.
- Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
For an Engineer Electrical (T02):
- Be completing or has completed their Master’s degree from an accredited institution or is completing their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 2 years of Electrical engineering experience by August 2027.
- Be majoring in or having majored in Electrical Engineering or similar STEM degree.
- Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
Qualifications
- Overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher (preferred).
- Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular) (preferred).

Engineer Electrical (T02): $75,100.00 - $137,600.00
