About the role
The Accelerated Career Track Associate program is a rotational development opportunity designed for both graduate and undergraduate students. Your training will combine classroom sessions, on-the-job training, computer and technical training, and self-study projects within your specific market location. Over 15-18 months, you will complete rotations across multiple departments to enhance financial, analytical, and technical skills, preparing you for a long-term career within the organization. Following successful completion, you will be placed in a role specific to your line of business.
Responsibilities
- Complete program goals, projects, training, and assignments as part of the rotational development schedule.
- Participate in classroom training and line-of-business overviews.
- Engage in credit analysis training and case study work.
- Contribute to project work with direct impacts and value-add to the line of business.
- Build relationships with managers, leaders, and peers.
- Gain hands-on experience through rotational training in day-to-day line-of-business operations.
- Develop professionally through one-on-one coaching with ACT management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with an overall GPA of 3.2 (9 hours of accounting required for Commercial and Wealth Associate roles).
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Relevant work experience (preferred).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred for Commercial and Wealth positions).
- 12 hours of Finance courses (preferred for Commercial and Wealth positions).
- Coursework in MIS, CS, or Security (preferred for IT/IS positions).
Pay
Salary Range: $70,000
