2027 2L Summer Associate
About the role
Willcox Savage is seeking 2L (Class of 2028) law students for our 2027 Summer Associate Program. This 8-week program provides law students with an opportunity for exposure to both the business and litigation sides of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Researching and writing traditional memoranda dealing with legal issues
- Drafting pleadings and briefs
- Drawing contracts and corporate and partnership documents
- Preparing analyses of securities and other documents
- Attending trials and depositions
- Participating in client and attorney conferences and negotiations
Requirements
The firm introduces Summer Associates to several areas of law by assigning a variety of projects. Compensation: The current salary for this position is $2,500 per week.
