OVERALL DESCRIPTION

The Trolley Modernization Program is an opportunity to transform the nation’s largest trolley network, delivering benefits across the region. Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline and eight (8) years of progressive engineering/architectural employment experience, or an equivalent combination of engineering and project management, or related experience in construction is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture, with EIT or Master's Degree in Engineering or MBA with six (6) years responsible experience. Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in Civil Engineering, or Architecture, is preferred.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, OR Bachelor of Architecture and seven (7) years engineering experience, or an equivalent combination of engineering and project management or related experience required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to work evenings and nights as required to attend meetings and complete project work.
• Pennsylvania registered Professional Engineer/Registered Architect (PE/RA) preferred.
• Experience in public transit project management preferred.
