The Southeast MIT positions are available at various branch locations in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. The Management in Trainee (MIT) Program is designed for those eager to build a career in the building/landscape or pool distribution industry. It offers a fast track to success through hands-on training and mentorship.

About the role

Participants will gain comprehensive exposure to all aspects of the business, including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources. The program aims to prepare participants for roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Operations Manager.

Qualifications

  • Exhibits strong leadership qualities and a dedicated work ethic.
  • Has a proven history of success in roles requiring responsibility and accountability.
  • Has a Bachelor’s degree, or is within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors, with a preference for a degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management, or similar fields.
  • Has 2+ years of related work experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Is willing to relocate for training and promotions.
  • Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have 2+ years of related work experience.
  • Must be able to relocate for training and promotional purposes within the United States.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

This position offers a standardized base pay of $25.50 per hour, with final salary determined by job-related knowledge, skillset, and experience.

Schedule

The program is a 9-12 month duration, based on individual progression, and includes hands-on training, mentorship, and corporate development initiatives.
