2026 Seasonal Reservations Crew Member (Outer Banks, NC)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person as well as through email, phone calls, text messages, and online chats
• Know and understand KHK’s recreational offerings
• Affiliate in tasks associated with recreation
• Maintain the Reservations multi-line telephone and voicemail systems
• Ensure the Reservations systems are functioning and interfacing properly
• Dispel any customer relations issues that arise related to Reservations
• Utilize excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills to promote, inform, and make sales of adventure programs
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Customer service, communications, social media, or office experience
• Related Reservations experience preferred
• Excellent phone skills and ability to make sales
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills
• Able to multi-task
• Quality customer service skills with an attitude commensurate with the role of making an excellent first impression
• Able to build strong relationships with customers
• Able to effectively present information in one-on-one situations with customers and clients
