2026 Internship, Summer - Youth Programs Marketing

Purpose of this Internship

The Summer 2026 Marketing Internship offers hands-on experience in brand strategy, content creation, and campaign execution that powers marketing and growth within the Red Bull New York Youth Programs. This internship is designed for individuals interested in learning how marketing drives participation, engagement, and growth across a large-scale youth sports organization. Additionally, individuals will learn how marketing functions operationally – connecting campaigns, technology, and program delivery to drive participation and revenue.

Duration and Availability

The internship runs from May 20th through the end of July and provides exposure to multiple areas of the business, including program marketing systems, campaign execution, digital communications, partnerships, and event promotion. The intern will typically be in-person up to three days per week, with occasional evening or weekend availability required to support events and on-site content capture.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of one program/location campaign end-to-end, with measurable impact on registration growth
• Content output and quality (photo, video, email, and social assets)
• Campaign execution accuracy and timeliness (email sends, registration launches, updates)
• Event branding standards and partnership activation deliverables
• Contribution to program registration and campaign performance
• Accuracy and organization of marketing assets, calendars, and reporting dashboards

Qualifications

• Interested in marketing, business operations, analytics, or sports management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong creativity and ability to develop engaging content ideas
• Comfortable creating content using digital tools
• Understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written communication skills for drafting emails, social posts, and program messaging
