2026 Internship - Private Estimating
About the role
The Summer Internship Program at Sinacola is designed to offer hands-on experience and learning opportunities. Interns will rotate through key divisions including Estimating (take-offs), Project Planning and Scheduling, Project Administration (RFI’s, change orders, etc.), and Field layouts/Surveying.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting take-offs for new projects
- Participate in project planning and scheduling
- Handle request for information (RFI’s) and change orders
- Support field layout and surveying activities
Requirements
- Undergraduate student, completed freshman year at a 4-year university or college
- Major in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or equivalent
- GPA of 3.0 or higher on a scale of 4.0
- At least 18 years of age at the start of the program
- Must provide own housing and transportation in the DFW area
